Photos and creative briefs

Solo uses one adult portrait; Duo uses two individual portraits or one duo photo. Photos selected in the composer remain in your browser until you explicitly confirm a video request. Sample artwork cannot be submitted. Browser previews use temporary image links and clear on reload. A downloaded creative brief includes filenames, names, details, output settings and lyrics; it excludes photo contents.

AI writing and video requests

Signed-in users can request original lyrics with the AI writing service. Names, occasion, details and the returned lyrics undergo content moderation. Writing requests do not include photos. Editing a line locally does not send another AI request. When a confirmed video brief has no lyrics, the same writing service is called automatically before video submission. Writing by itself does not persist a draft in the app database; a submitted video task does retain its creative brief and lyrics for recovery.

A confirmed video request uploads normalized JPEG copies of your photos to private storage. The content moderation service receives the submitted text and short-lived image links for review. The video generation service receives supplied or automatically written lyrics, names, occasion, scene and reference links for your request. These processors can access the submitted material to perform the job, subject to their own terms. A signed link is accessible to anyone holding it until it expires; it is not a public gallery link.

Retention and private delivery

Input objects under inputs/ have a 30-day lifecycle rule from upload. Completed objects under outputs/ have a 14-day lifecycle rule from storage. The storage service executes lifecycle deletion asynchronously, so physical deletion may occur after the expiry boundary. The app records a separate download expiry when provider completion is processed, before copying the MP4 to private storage; downloads stop at that recorded time. Allow up to 14 days from completion and download a copy promptly.

Playback and MP4 downloads require the owning account's session. The app records the creative brief, request and provider identifiers, status, credit reservation and delivery expiry for task recovery. Storage expiry does not erase this task metadata or remove copies retained by processors. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support with your account email and relevant job IDs. We use those details to locate the records and review the request. Do not include passwords, API keys or private photos in the initial message.

Accounts and payments

Account pages use session cookies. Credits are reserved during an accepted job, settled after private MP4 delivery is saved, and released on confirmed failure. An uncertain submission remains reserved for reconciliation and is not blindly retried.

Processor data handling

Our storage expiry rules apply to copies held in RapVideo AI's storage. Expiring a photo link does not delete a copy already retrieved by a processor.

The AI writing and video generation service states that it does not use API inputs or outputs to train models and retains content as needed for service, security and legal purposes. Downstream model providers apply their own terms.

The content moderation service states that API request records and logs are retained for 60 days, while stored files, task information and moderation results have no scheduled automatic expiry. It states that it does not use API inputs or outputs for model training. Deletion requests require a separate support review.

Task and account records have a separate retention period from media objects. Some records may be needed for account recovery, credit reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal requirements. A deletion request is reviewed for the relevant records and processors; it is not fulfilled by the expiry of a download link alone.
